Privacy List Error When trying to reindex Spotlight

Salutations Mr.Snak, 

A couple things we can recommend right off the bat, though if you’ve tried them already no need to repeat - 

1) Restart your Mac and try again - Shut down or restart your Mac

2) Boot to safe mode and see if you’re able to complete the rebuild How to use safe mode on your Mac

3) Make sure you have owner permission for the item. Change permissions for files, folders, or disks on Mac
