Details PLEASE!!!! What Apple device???

We are you fellow end users and have no way to see, touch, or remotely access your Apple device. We cannot assist you with details. This is from Apple article, "How to write a good question."

You also found the forums section for reporting issues with using the forum software. It gets few views. When we know what device, we can get you moved to a more active and appropriate forum where more people can see your question.
