IPhone 11 won't ring

I have a Red Bell with a slash through it that seems to prevent my phone from ringing How do I get rid of this?

Check the mute switch along the edge, near the external volume controls. Orange showing = muted.

Phone not ringing when someone calls iPhone 13. When people call me the phone doesn't ring. This has only been true in the last couple of weeks. I have checked through all the cures suggested.
