I can pretty much guarantee Apple won't touch that phone. It's beyond destroyed. They will offer you an Out of Warranty Replacement for about 60% of the cost of the phone when new.

Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and be prepared to say goodbye to that destroyed phone and open your wallet to buy a replacement.
