Apple TV+ stuck on “Downloaded” screen

How do I get out of the “Downloaded” screen and to the “Watch Now” screen. When I open the app it goes right to “Downloaded”, which is empty, and I can’t click anywhere out of it.

If you have internet through Wi-Fi available at your location, then connect to that.
If you connect through cellular, then you may have to change a setting to allow the TV app to use cellular data. Settings﹥Cellular﹥[scroll down to apps]﹥TV app﹥.
