Family sharing apple tv plus

Why is one family member who is sharing apple tv plus repeatedly asked to pay? There are only five of us including me, and this does not happen to other family members.

- Try signing out of accounts and back in again.

- Restarting is a simple step that can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
