Macbook Pro 13" (M1, 2020) Display Backlight Issue

My display backlight suddenly turned down and there are now evenly placed vertical lights coming from the bottom part of my screen. It's driving me crazy because this is the only laptop I have and I'm constantly using it for school.

What should I do to get it fixed? And..how much would it cost me?

Is it ok if I don't get this fixed immediately? (I assume it would be pricey and I might not have enough money for it..)

Hi,

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports display related error.
