Leather case MagSafe is not working

Hello, I have a problem with my leather case on iPhone 13.

It’s original by Apple (Black MagSafe leather case). iPhone doesn’t recognize when I put case on or off (no animation/vibration).

My Apple MagSafe Leather Wallet works fine, but only without the leather case on iPhone.

If I put the case on and then the wallet - iPhone won’t recognize wallet, neither the case. Can you help me, guys? Should I use warranty on leather case? Or where’s the problem?

If you are using the leather iPhone case made by Apple, it is not expected to have nay notification when you put the case on your iPhone.

"If you can't set up your iPhone Leather Wallet with MagSafe

Make sure that your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS.
If the setup animation disappeared, press the side button on your iPhone to put your device to sleep. Then wake and unlock your iPhone. Place the wallet onto the back of your iPhone, wait up to 15 seconds, and the animation should reappear.
Learn what to do if you see a message that says that your iPhone Leather Wallet with MagSafe is connected to another Apple ID.
There are two models of iPhone Leather Wallet with MagSafe. The model that's compatible with Find My was released in the second half of September 2021, and is available in the following colors: Golden Brown, Dark Cherry, Wisteria, Sequoia Green, and Midnight."

Since you only experience this issue while using the leather case, it may be best to reach out to Apple directly.

You can contact them by going to Get Support

They will take a closer look and check on available options.

Thank You for your reply, Dustin. Anyhow I am using the leather iPhone case made by Apple and still no notification. iPhone just looks like it’s ignoring the case. Wallet works fine without the case.
