Iphone 11 hard reset not working

so my iphone 11 started out with a little bug that didn't allow me to use the touch screen at first so I restarted my phone then everything was fine. Soon later it happened again only this time I couldnt turn my phone off or use my buttons to turn it off completely I could only restart. I did that and then my phone froze again. This time I couldn't do anything. The buttons started moving by themselves the screen was moving by itself. However it was a delayed action. I swiped and nothing happened a couple seconds later then something would happen. Long story short my phone is completely frozen right now and no matter what I do I cannot bypass the lock screen. I connected my phone to my computer and forced an update and still nothing. Anyone with a suggestion? Its weird because this happened shortly after pre ordering the new phone...

If you tried (to no avail) a forced restart of your device, as per these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support, it might be a hardware (battery? digitizer? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
