I can’t get to an ACCEPT button on a form in Safari

I can’t get to an ACCEPT button on a hospital form in Safari! I slide the form down but it keeps going back up and is not reachable! Anyone seen this before and might know how to engage it?

Bottom of Safari app not responding I was trying to shop online and when I tried to add an item to my cart, Safari didn’t register me clicking my Add To Cart button at the bottom of the screen until I flipped it.

Why doesn't Safari show the padlock icon for HTTPS websites? using safari / search engine duck duck go I am not getting the padlock up when on https web page. also tried safari / google still no padlock. if I use opera the padlock shows up. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Yes, Safari sometimes acts odd on certain sites. The easiest solution is to install another browser such as Firefox and use it for that site. It will likely perform correctly.
