I don't know what to tell you. I've downloaded it on different Macs, both Intel and Apple Silicon. On Monterey and other versions of macOS. And they all worked.
You can try downloading it while in Safe Mode.
FWIW, I downloaded the DMG from softpedia.com, mounted it then ran the installer. Make sure System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General is set to "Allow apps downloaded from:" App Store and identified developers.
Downloaded the latest update from Apple for Monterey and hey presto everything is back to normal thanks again for your support.
What happens when you try? I just installed Amazon Music 9.2.0 in Monterey 12.5.1.
I try to open the download and it flickers for a couple of seconds and nothing happens.
I have tried that. Download starts then a box appears "Amazon Music Installer" is
an app downloaded from the internet are you sure you want to download it.
When I say yes nothing happens
What browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?
Yes I have tried a few different browsers same result .
Still no joy thanks for your help frustrating but I will get there eventually.
