About Subscription

Hello Apple,

My iPhone has problems with subscriptions, I feel like I've never subscribed to anything, but I was told to pay, I even deleted the application a long time ago, what should I do? because I can't download anything in the app store. Please help me

  • If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.
