beats solo 3 wireless won't charge

For issues with the Beats not charging as expected, it may help to reset them.

When scrolling down to the 'Reset Solo3 Wireless' section, it'll note the following steps:

1. Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.

2. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. 

Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

If that doesn't help, try using a different cable and/or power adapter, if possible. This will help to rule out issues with the current ones.
