I deleted an imessage conversation and want to know if the other person can help me get it back since they still have the messages. Is this possible???

Ask the other person to forward the text messages to you by using the following method:
Forward older text messages
- Touch and hold the message bubble that you want to forward, then tap More.
- Select any other text messages that you want to forward.
- Tap Forward
and enter a recipient. - Tap Send
