I want to use my Disney Plus subscription on an Apple TV. My Disney Plus account was set up using a different email than my Apple ID. When I try to access the Disney Plus app I can only use the email associated with my Apple ID.
How do I enter a different email address? How is the supposed to be an example of “it just works?”

When you sign into Disney+, use the email address with which you have your account set up. Or, if logged in, navigate to Settings > Account in the Disney+ app. Log out, and then log in with the correct credentials.

That option does not appear to exist. I am away from home now, but will post a screen shot when I can. The app seems to assume I either want to create a new account using my Apple ID or that I have an account with my Apple ID.
