Where do you see or notice the effects of the different state?
- Your devices do not have a fixed location associated with it.
- Geolocation based on GPS should be accurate to a few yards.
- Geolocation based on IP address is always somewhat inaccurate. It is also beyond your control (but instead your ISP or mobile provider, and the reverse lookup through low quality databases by third parties).
- Every Apple ID account will have a country associated with it (not a state).
- Your Apple ID account may have a billing address and shipping/delivery address linked to it for the Apple Store.
