I try to change my payment m this or try to activate my iCloud storage that I pay 2.99 for and it says that my account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. It was working fine and I’ve never disabled so how’d this happen and how do I fix it

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
