  1. First verify your subscription. Is it (still) listed as active? See your subscriptions overview - Apple
  2. Verify that you are still signed in to the Apple TV app with the Apple ID account that has this subscription.
  3. There might be an issue that is device-specific. Please disclose on which model device you have the Apple TV app that is not working as expected.
