Some streaming apps have audio other don’t. What could be wrong?
Some streaming apps, not all streaming apps, will play but there is no audio. I’ve tried restarting Apple TV but it didn’t solve the problem.

if it was me then I would go into settings->audio on the appletv and try to set it to stereo
if one have it set to surround but have no surround speaker setup it will just play as stereo if the material one view is just stereo
but if the material is surround then it will be mostly playing out of speakers you don't have connected
