can't hear anything

No sounds comes out of my internal speakers. When i plug headphones/connect to airpods I am able to hear.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

audio only coming from outside speaker when i try to use my airpods, the audio only comes from the speaker on the outside. ive tried cleaning and resetting them to no avail. how can i fix this? (sorry for the horrible image quality)

is there any fix for this plays the connecting sound, says connected under bluetooth, but doesnt play sound through airpods nor shows headphone icon next to battery

Most often the cause is the headphone jack getting derailed, try inserting the headphones again a few times.
