Bad Sisters won't play - error message

I'm confused...every single other service on my TV works, but I cannot play the most recent episode of "Bad Sisters." There's a problem loading this video, it displays. I've tried everything you can imagine. I'm not sure what to do next.

A few other users on this forum have reported issues with just this same show and ep. 5, which seems indicative of a systematic component to the issue. Not sure what you all have in common.

At this time I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/​email/​callback).

I’m trying to start episode 1 and having the same issue. I did literally every trick in the book to try to troubleshoot until I just tried different shows and realized it was not my roku nor the app nor the software version, and that restarting, reinstalling, and factory resetting my roku device did not fix this.


Other shows are playing on apple tv on my device, so it seems like definitely an issue on apple tv’s end….


This show is the only reason I activated my trial of apple tv. Let my know if anything gets resolved.

I actually got mine to restart the next day, and I’m not even sure what worked. The things I did the night before didn’t work. The following day,, the episode suddenly played. And I have had no trouble since, which is even stranger because I anticipated problems!


The things I attempted were all the normal things you would think to do. Powering the cable box and the modem on and off. Unplugging things and plugging them back in. Removing AppleTV from my Samsung TV and reinstalling. Trying it on my iPhone (worked). None of those things worked. But the next day, all of a sudden it began working again.


I wish I was more helpful!
