shady "top hits" listing keeps surfacing.

A suspicious "top hits" listing surfaces whenever I type the first 7 characters of my medical interface. This contains communications with physicians at Yale and Middlesex Hospitals.

I am using Safari with the Duck Duck Goose search engine. Instead of "Mychart. . . (my healthcare site) I might easily go to MychartBeijing something if I don't navigate carefully. I do occasionally use Google as a search engine. Maybe I'll look at that.

I am 74 years old. Give me a break! Thx.

Thx.

Customize searching in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Scroll down to "Stop preloading the top search hit."

"Prevent search engine suggestions" may also be applicable.
