On an iPhone or Apple Device associated with the current Apple ID paired with the AirPods, open Find My. Then, hit devices in the bottom tab and scroll until you find the desired AirPods. Once you've found them, tap on the name of the AirPods, scroll to the bottom, and hit "Remove This Device." It will confirm with you that you want to remove them, and will also say that it will allow them to be linked with another Apple ID. Once you have confirmed the removal, you can then pair them with an apple device on the desired Apple ID account. This will transfer them to another Apple ID's Find My network.
