Help me to identify Apple Watch

Hello everyone, I am here asking for help to Identify Apple Watch that I bought from Apple Flagship Store via Lazada Thailand. When I open the box, I found this unit inside (without watch cover) which is for me it is not apple watch.

Then I return the product to Lazada and claiming for counterfeit item. But Lazada reject my claim by saying that their product is Authentic.

After debating with them, they asked me to find another person who can identify the watch.
