Just upgraded to Release of iOS 16 on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I go into the app store and try to update apps, I have to accept the new Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. I click OK and the terms open. But when I click on Agree, I get the message "There was an error. Please try later." So I am now locked out of upgrading applications.

Issue was at Apple's server levels and affected multiple iOS Versions and MacOS. Reports were in from all over the web. Very similar to another issue a few years ago when an iOS version would not update apps either without some workarounds in iCloud or a full phone restoration. As for the status, the issue is now resolved.
