My iPhones front camera images always come out with a yellow bullseye looking tint. Even in video calls etc, it's always there

Hmm, do you have a filter turned on? See this:

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working 

Take and edit photos with your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
