Start here:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

What kind of computer do you use? Mac or PC? What happens when connect it to your computer? Error message? Cable issue?

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
