Where do it exist? It’s a new account? How can I see where it is logged in? And no, not appleid or iCloud. It shows nothing.
iPhone SE, iOS 15

Who is managing this device? You need to talk to the IT person at your work or school and see if they can reset it. If you bought the device this way you bought a device that is MDM and need to return it to whatever company it was taken from.
If we can't figure this out then I think you need to talk to the people in a physical Apple Store or go here - Get Support

Sorry no new phone will come with MDM.
Maybe you should explain more where you got this phone.
Your error is because you're trying to sign into work/school using a personal account. If you had a work account, you would be able to enroll.
If you don't want your device to be managed by your work, then why are you trying to sign in to make the device managed?
read my answer above. You cannot have multiple Apple IDs connected to the device. one for personal and then additional one for MDM/VPN/School/work or whatever.

Nope. Not possible. If you purchased it new, it would not be tied to an MDM. If by some bizarre chance it was due to an error in data entry in the Apple Business Manager system, you would return it to the store you purchased it from.

2. When I try to use school/work vpn device management. I wanted to see if I was in one and I got this message (posted in my initial post). When I used another few Apple ID’s , I was given a this message, “Your Apple ID does not support the expected services on this device. Contact your administrator to sign-up”
3. The Apple ID aim question is a personal ID on a private one home, not used for work.
4. Just recently
Walmart - enough said. Return it and get your money back.

This page means you're NOT enrolled in MDM. This page exists to self service enroll into MDM. This error shows when you try to use a non-managed Apple ID. You have nothing to worry about.
Ok, so it seems then that somehow have been put into an mdm without my knowledge and need to return my phone?
