Anyone seen this? Sign in already exists?

Where do it exist? It’s a new account? How can I see where it is logged in? And no, not appleid or iCloud. It shows nothing.

  1. Did you buy it new from Apple or "new" from Jimbo who claimed he just got it and it was the wrong one.
  2. Are you getting this message when you sign into your Apple ID for the first time when setting it up or farther into the process?
  3. Are you using your own personal Apple ID?
  4. Please provide more information about how and when in the process this happened.




If we can't figure this out then I think you need to talk to the people in a physical Apple Store or go here - Get Support

  2. When I try to use school/work vpn device management. I wanted to see if I was in one and I got this message (posted in my initial post). When I used another few Apple ID’s , I was given a this message, “Your Apple ID does not support the expected services on this device. Contact your administrator to sign-up”
  3. The Apple ID aim question is a personal ID on a private one home, not used for work.
