How can I get the old Modular Watch face back?

I agree.

I updated my watch because I had to connect my new iPhone to it, not knowing it would remove the best watch face of all time.

now this watch is useless to me, I NEED TO SEE THE DATE IN THE MIDDLE WITH THE DATE AND MONTH!!!!!!

I have to wear my glasses now to read the watch. Some kid with perfect vision must have made the new complications. The small numbers below the temp are so small I have no idea who those are for.

Bad Apple! Bad.

Please please bring back old modular face with larger views especially weather! Why would Apple change this? I can not see 5 days on screen! You should have at least kept the older face design as an option. This has been most frustrating!

I've posted a second feedback on the Apple Watch feedback site and reported this as an accessibility defect in Watch OS 9.0. Like many others I can no longer read the TEMP or the DAY/DATE which now only appears top right because they've removed the option to support a LARGE DAY/DATE in the center complication.

I now need my glasses to see those values but I don't need my glasses while driving so this has certainly taken away the watches' fitness for purpose for me. I guess there's no need to rant about this also being simply a stupid thing to do and why you wouldn't simply leave the existing options available but it does make me feel better :-)! Happy Veterans Day to those who served!

Please Please read past the first post to learn you are NOT speaking with Apple, but are instead addressing only users on a user to user only forum. Most of whom, by the way seem to agree with you. None of whom however, can bring anything back.

Use the feedback link which has been posted multiple time in this thread to share your thoughts with Apple.

I agree. The new face is cluttered with information I don't need and it is too small to read. Makes the watch face ugly. There was no warning that installing the upgrade would do this, essentially ruining the watch face. None of the other faces in the face gallery are as useful as the old modular face.

If you actually read the thread you just posted to, you'd see no one on this user to user only forum has anything to do with Apple nor does anyone here have any ability to bring anything back. It's usually good to read past the first post.

Very frustrated Apple just changes a watch face so many use and faces are already very limited. Let us put the time where we want it and allow options for font size. By the way, this is a watch. Being forced to have time small and in forced location is just stupid.

Did you submit feedback to Apple?

my phone updated and remove my modular face. The new pro face the print is too small for me to see. I do not need a graph. I don’t need it to tell me it’s activity already know that just give me my steps, calories and distance in the old format. I have tried searching modular compact and it doesn’t give me the same information.

I to am I’m very disappointed they took this face away. My husband visually impaired and is a diabetic with an insulin pump and can’t read his dexcom on the watch now. Since they remove this face he has not worn his watch at all. None of the face have large enough numbers to read. He is looking for a watch to read. Please put it back please

If you had taken just a few moments to read past the opening post, you'd have realized you aren't speaking with Apple on this user to user only forum. Not one person here can put anything back as it was.

The feedback link is posted just one post above yours. Use it to tell Apple what you'd like to see.

I’m not updating my watch because of this. All of my friends that have- lost the modular face and hate the replacement. Apple! Bring it back!! No one cares to read microscopic daily weather reports- can easily look that up on the iPhone- which we all have.

I agree. The new forced change in the modular face makes me want to throw my watch away. It's too busy and the important functions are too small and cluttered among unwanted features. Biggest unwanted feature is the weather module. Give me the old simple one back. PLEASE.

I have read way far past the first post and what I see is that for over 2 months with countless people posting feedback to apple, nothing has changed. Thick I’ll try the Watch app others have mentioned as clearly Apple doesn’t give a c***!
