I want to know why Samoa is not an option for region section when creating an apple ID account. I cannot make any purchases or even download any of the apps in Apple store. How are we suppose to use apple iphones in Samoa then? Help please.

If you are unable to select this region to associate with your Apple ID that you would like to use in the App Store, it means that this region is unavailable to use Apple Media Services in.
