After I updated to IOS 16 today I tried to to open WhatsApp and it stuck in the loading screen and didn't Open till i restarted the phone to open it and this happened 2 times so what's the problem?

Probably some issue with WhatsApp. Contact WhatsApp support, it's not an Apple product.
