Deleted password and two-phased verification code

I accidentally deleted a social media password from iCould keychain and at the same time two-phased verification code was deleted. Now I am not able to login to the social media account from new devices without the verification code. Is it anyway possible to return the code?

Apple-ID When I try to log in to my Apple-ID at my Mac, it says «wrong password». BUT the verification code shows up on my phone. And I don’t Get this box to type in the code on my Mac!
