I have an iPhone 13 pro max on iOS 15.7 and when go to search an update my iPhone tells me that it is up to date and no prompt to iOS 16 shows up.
can someone help me ?

Go to settings, general, software update and scroll to the bottom. You should see the update there.
You have a beta version on the phone. You must remove the beta profile→How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support
Already tried this, still nothing here
Find any solution yet? Mine is doing the exact same, except I have an XR.
Mine is a 10, but exact same issue. My phone e is setup for auto updates but the last 2 did not happen.
