Iphone 11 Pro Camera shadow, ghost dot, spot

Hello, I have a iphone 11 pro 64gb and I have a problem with something on camera right in the middle (pic attached).

It disappears when you switch the camera to 2x or 0,5x, but when you go back to 1x it is there right where it was before no matter what happens with the phone. The phone itself is in perfect shape despite being almost 3 years old. Never under water, never fell into sand or anything else.

The dot does not move under any circumstances.

Do you have any kind of idea what to do? or is it something that anybody encountered?

I did search for something similar but sadly found nothing
