Your question is not clear to me, but if you are unable to load websites If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working as expected - Apple Support has a number of suggestions.
Should I trust this certificate or not?
No. Something is not right and you should not proceed. Instead, please go through all the suggestions in that Apple Support document. Otherwise I cannot assure you that your attempts to load https://www.google.com/ are not being redirected to a malicious website. There are a number of steps to take if you suspect that might be occurring, but if they are you would need to follow that Support document anyway.
It's not occurring on the Mac I happen to be using right now. That site loads without any problems.
When I try to open google.com, an error message warns "This connection is not private. Website may be impersonating www.google.com.... (etc.)". When I view the certificate, another error message says the certificate is not trusted. The certificate indicates that PrivacySearch Ltd. issued the certificate. Should I trust this certificate or not? If not, how do I fix the problem so that I can access Google sites?
