Software Update Failed Error for iOS 15.7 on iPhone 8

Same issue. iPhone 8 with 10g free

I am unable to install 15.7 like many others. I have the iPhone 11. Tried restarting and have plenty of space but to no avail.

iOS 16 having same problem even I do a factory reset it doesn’t fix it

Apple always rushing into update too early. Supposed be till falls

I try that on computer but they want you to install iOS 16 it not possible to downgrade back to iOS 15

I'm in the same boat with XR. installed it on iPhone X no issue, option shows up on iPhone 7 but not on my iPhone 8.... what's going on w/ Apple LOL

I have the same phone and it keeps happening to me, I have been trying for the past 2 hours and it just won’t work

I already tried resetting the phone and it’s not working. I don’t have a Mac or a PC. This is absolutely ridiculous!

same thing keeps happening. Why has Apple not responded to these complaints? I am new to this community - does Apple respond or are we left on our own?

iPhone 12 here and getting the same error message. I’ve shut the phone down and restarted… still getting the same error message.

This is a crazier one. My software update doesn’t even show 15.7 as an option. Only iOS16 lol

15 Minutes is lightning fas for an update. I usually jus start it and go do something else come back an hour later.
