Several Apps and App Store won't Work on IOS16

I foolishly upgraded to IOS16 on my iPhone SE2020/Gen2, now several apps won't connect, nor will my AppStore (just says Loading with a spinning wheel). Happens on Wifi or cellular. All solutions have failed. Turning on and off Airplane Mode. Resetting network connections, hard reset, just simply turning off and on my iPhone. I've spent the past hour and counting trying to sign out of my Apple ID, but it just keeps telling me Removing iCloud data... (Spinning wheel). I'm guessing the IOS16 failure is preventing that from happening, so I can't even sign out (nor access my settings). Not sure why Apple thought it made sense to release a buggy OS upgrade that disables the AppStore. But Apple needs to work on it's timing if it wants us to buy the iPhone 14.

Try a different wifi network; office, library, coffeeshop.

IOS 16 isn't buggy, it works fine on my iPhone 12 Pro.

If it's buggy, why aren't I having issues after upgrading to it?

We could play that game all day.

I suggest using a different wifi network because that has ironed out similar issues for others in the past here in the Apple Support Communities. And the solution followed them home where they reported they no longer have issues.
