im contacting because my phone was stolen and they have access to my phone but i. dont know who have it and they are sending out my stuff to people i know sending out personal stuff to people i know and i just wanna erase the phone until i get a new one but its not letting me do it its saying i need the gmail password to a gmail i dont have access to

They changed all my passwords to EVERYTHING. Apple ID, email, instagram, facebook, my crypto account, WhatsApp, everything… They also managed to get into my email again after resetting the password. I was able to remove the sim. The phone is not showing up on the devices list when logging into my Apple ID. Is there any way to wipe the phone without access to it? Are my iCloud notes, photos etc still being shared with that phone? What steps do I take to make sure they can’t access my accounts ever again with the information they do have? I don’t know what to do because I feel like they still have a way of accessing my information. Even though I changed my passwords and the sim on the phone is no longer active. How to remotely erase a stolen iPhone without access to Apple Account? please my girlfriend iphone xr got stole and the person whi has the phone has access to her phone and we have been trying to log out the icloud but she do not know the password and her gmail password too we have been trying to rest the password but Apple keeps send the rest option to the email on the stolen iPhone. SECURITY - Phone Stolen whilst unlocked. Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone could share any insight. two nights ago, my UNLOCKED phone was snatched out of my hand whilst I was walking home from a club and I wasn't able to catch the thief. They disabled find my iphone before I was able to login and lock / erase the phone. They also accessed some of my crypto accounts and stole some money as they were able to enter the accounts using 2FA via text message. I have since disabled the phone number. Any ideas on other things I can do to try and protect my data if it isn't already too late. luckily face ID is required to access my emails. This is what I have done so far Removed phone from my apple ID in hopes they can't view my photos (as these where stored on cloud) Changed passwords to my emails, social medias. Emailed whatsapp to logout - unsure it has worked as they could probs access my messages if internet turned off I am worried about the getting access to personal data through photos, notes, whatsapp including things like passport details or anything else. I am also worried about google authenticator as I can't remember if it required Face ID and I think I had a few things crypto/ other linked to it. There were so many things on my iphone I have no Idea where I am exposed, I have frozen my bank accounts till I get new cards. Any ideas for extra steps I can take? any suggestions would be much appreciated.
