iphone 13 pro can't discover 5 Ghz wifi AP

I was setup my AP with 2 frequency 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz, but when i'm trying to connect from my iphone 13 pro, i can't see the 5 Ghz AP, i'm only see AP with 2.4 Ghz.

And test it with any other iphone, it's same from iphone 11 to 13 pro max, but it's work in iphone 6. Iphone 6 user able to discover the 5 Ghz AP and connect to it.

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities, IN0895,

If you're having trouble getting your iPhone to connect to a Wi-Fi network, we suggest starting with the steps outlined in If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support. They're designed to address issues connecting.

If the issue is isolated the this specific 5G network, we recommend the following:

  1. Disconnect all devices from your network
  2. Restart your modem and router
  3. Attempt to connect just your iPhone 13 Pro to the 5G network

This will help us determine if the network may have limits to the number of devices it can support.
