Apple Pay

I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max with latest iOS 16 and wearing Apple Watch Series 7, 45mm. My debit card is supported for Apple Pay yet my region is Malaysia which just allows Apple Pay feature in past few months.

I only able add my card to Apple Pay in my Apple Watch but not to my iPhone. Why?!

It kept appears “could not add card” errors message only, no matter how many I tried.

this problem is been there since iOS 15.6.

Can’t add a card to Apple Wallet - iPhone 14 Pro I’ve just changed my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro. When trying to add my debit card to the wallet it says “unable to add card” I previously used the same card with my previous phone and watch for Apple Pay with no issues. Apple said to contact my bank, contacted my bank, they said to contact Apple. The phone is up to date with the latest software and has a strong wifi connection. Ive tried adding the card several times, signed out of my Apple ID and then back in again, restarted iPhone to no avail. Has anyone else had the same problem?
