my phone calls only work when it is on speaker 🔊
i’ve tried cleaning it but don’t know if I accidentally clicked a setting that might enabled only calls on speakers?

It appears you have seen the correct article for this issue. There wouldn't be a speaker only setting. If you have followed all steps, you next step is having the iPhone serviced.
