Podcast Feed Not Updating

I published a new episode for my podcast on Friday, September 9th. I noticed it hadn't updated in Apple so signed into podcasts connect and saw that my feed had not been automatically refreshed since September 3rd. I manually refreshed and the new episode appeared in my account page yet never appeared in Apple Podcasts publicly. It shows the episode as published with a check mark next to it and I can play the audio on my podcasts connect page. If I add my show by the rss feed url on the Apple podcasts app it also updates the show to include the new episode. However it is not showing publicly otherwise and the feed is still not refreshing since my last manual refresh. I have contacted Apple support and they have not responded after three full business days. Does anyone know what I can do at this point?
