iPhone purchased overseas
Does anyone have any idea if I will be able to use the new iPhone 14 purchased from USA Apple store in Singapore ?

The iphone 14 sold in the US will NOT have a physical SIM tray. It is eSIM only. Ask your cellular carrier if they will support it.
You would not have any warranty coverage on a US phone when outside of the US.
