Apple Care screen sharing

I (hope I) contacted Apple support via the app from App Store, and the service dude asked to screen share. I said okay, and he sent this request, which went something like Apple Care asking for screen share etc. Is this legit, or is someone now spying my phone?

I have/had this issue where I saw some random email in my ”Sent”-inbox. The emails were supposedly sent by me, but I didn’t send them. Is this some hack? I changed my Apple ID password, but could someone still have hijacked my stuff and implanted a virus or something?

Also: What is this idmsa.-subdomain? Are they all Apple? I fear that I might be just logging in some pishing sites. This one is legit though, right?…

If someone has hijacked my Apple ID, and I have changed the password: Is it still possible, that they could spy me or something? Have implanted some virus etc.?

Hello jonttutonttu18,

We want to address your security concern and share best practices to keep your security a priority.

First off, if you received help using the Apple Support App link in the App Store you are working with Apple Support directly.

If you prefer you may want to Contact Apple Support using chat or over the phone to go over your specific concerns.

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support you've already reset your password which is an important step. We've quoted the best practices if you h ave a security concern below:

Sign in to your Apple ID account page. If you can't sign in or you receive a message that the account is locked when you try to sign in, try to reset or unlock your account.
Change your Apple ID password and choose a strong password.
Review all the personal and security information in your account. Update any information that isn't correct or that you don’t recognize, including:
Your name.
Your primary Apple ID email address.* If you need to change your email addressupdate the features and services that you use with Apple ID, so that each one is using your updated Apple ID.
All alternate email addresses, rescue email addresses, and phone numbers.
The devices that are associated with your Apple ID, if you've already set up two-factor authentication.
Security questions and answers. If you think they might be easy to guess, you should change your security questions.
Check with your email address* provider to make sure that you control every email address associated with your Apple ID. If you don't control the email addresses associated with the Apple ID, you should change the password for the email address or use a different email address.
Set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID. This additional security feature is designed to prevent anyone from accessing your account, even if they know your password.

We hope this helps.

Cheers.
