Do I have the extra storage on my new phone I just received?
I received my replacement iPhone and now I have no storage space… I have been paying $2.99 per month is this on my new phone?

iCloud storage does not add space to your phone. iCloud storage is tied to your account not to your phone, so yes your new phone should be able to access your iCloud storage.
