What happened in my last update?

Good day guys, thank you for your efforts. In fact, I have some problems that I faced in my last update to 16. I started noticing that my phone charging was running out of what it was, and the problem that caused me trouble is the App Store when I log in immediately it tells me there is no internet connection knowing All the applications work on the Internet and there is no problem with the connection, and the third strange problem is that I read that you said that if there is a problem in the App Store, try restarting the phone before turning off my phone, the charging rate was 94%, and as soon as it turned on, I noticed that it became 100% sorry, there is a fourth problem Today, when I went out to take some pictures with my friend, after I took about 10 pictures, my phone became hot and I noticed a heavy performance and efficiency. I will attach it to you. Please help and reply, thank you ☺️

Hello 1ismail,

We see you are having an issue with connecting to the App Store and to resolve the issue, let's complete the steps listed below that are also listed here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

1. Check the system status page
Check Apple’s System Status page to see if there’s an outage for a service in your country or region.

2. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet
Use any web browser to connect to any website. If nothing loads, use another device on the same network to see if it can connect to any website. If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it. If you still can’t connect to your Wi-Fi network, contact your internet provider for more help. If only your first device can’t connect to the internet, get help with Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touchApple WatchApple TV, or Mac.
If you use cellular service to connect to the internet on your iPhone or iPad, make sure that you have cellular data turned on for the app that you're using. To do this, open the Settings app, tap Cellular, then turn on Cellular Data.

3. Update your software
Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOSmacOStvOSwatchOS, or software for your non-Apple device. Then try to connect again.

4. Check the date and time
Make sure that the date and time on your device are set correctly for your time zone.

On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Open the Settings app. Tap General, then tap Date & Time. Get more help with date and time.

On your Mac: Open System Preferences, then choose Date & Time.
On your Apple TV: Go to Settings > General > Date and Time.

If the date and time are incorrect, update them or turn on the option to set date and time automatically.

In reference to the device getting too hot, let's view the information listed here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support that gives more details on what could cause your device to heat up.

Best regards
