If I sign my Apple ID account out does it automatically erase my info on my iPad.
I signed out of my iPad through my phone cause my iPad is stolen so will they still see all my info on there, text messages and all

Did you do the steps in the article below, which erases your data? If you only signed out, your data is still on the iPad for someone to see.
