Security concerns Someone is able to see my messages and others things in my iPhone. How is that possible?

I lost my phone a year ago, I think my ex found it and somehow has Ben able to see everything I do on my new phone. I changed my appleid password and I do not see the phone attached to my current account. How can I stop this?

the best option is to restore your phone as NEW and not from backup.
