Communication error 🤕 Check the status of the internet connection

I can’t not Play games on a website I keep getting this message . My husband has the same phone as me he can play these games on his phone why can’t I ?

Communication error within a game I have been playing Candy Crush on my ipad for ages and suddenly I get a communication error (only with in the game) I can log in and use it on my phone, but not my ipad. My ipad can connect to everything else including internet and emails, just not to my account with in the game. Very strange as I am over level 8000 and would not want to start again. I have tried rebooting and I have plenty of storage. Any Advise?

Can your iPhone connect successfully to the Internet ... either by cellular or Wi-Fi? If so, then this error message is being provided by this app, not your iPhone.
