Location access to the Astronomy Earth wallpaper

How to give Location access to the Astronomy - Earth wallpaper ? Access was not given during the first setup and now it is not asking again.

You can allow access by tapping Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Astronomy.

Astronomy app, what is it? I see nothing anywhere about what the astronomy app is, why it’s there, what it does, and most disturbing, why there is no option to do nothing much about it. What if I don’t want my wallpapers giving out location information without my knowledge? The only answer I have found is not a good one. Astronomy wallpaper (Earth) Im having issues with location services on my Astronomy wallpaper. It doesn’t seem to be working as I don’t see a green dot appear for my location. I’m on iPhone XS and wonder if the phone model doesn’t support it or if it’s a setting.
